The question I couldn't stop asking.
I lost my father to cancer when I was already a practising anaesthesiologist. I understood the system. I understood the treatments. And I still didn't catch it early enough.
Looking back, I believe the signs were there years before anyone, including me, could recognise or understand them.
That question has stayed with me ever since:
What did I miss, and why didn't I know what to look for?
It is what led me to rebuild my training from the ground up. A Master's in Longevity Medicine from the Geneva College of Longevity Sciences, one of the world's leading institutions dedicated exclusively to longevity science. Certification as a Functional and Longevity Physician through A4M. BHRT training. And coursework at Harvard in cell biology and mitochondrial health.
What I look for now.
Over the years, I have worked with patients across metabolic dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, gut dysbiosis, chronic fatigue, and mitochondrial dysfunction. The pattern is almost always the same: dysfunction that had been quietly building for years, showing up in ways easy to dismiss as normal. Tiredness. Brain fog. Slow weight gain. Disrupted sleep. Until it isn't.
BluPrint Longevity Clinic is built around finding that pattern early. Precision diagnostics. Root-cause investigation. Treatment protocols built around what your body actually needs, not a standard, one-size-fits-all approach.
Beyond the clinic.
I have also written a book: 120 Years Was the Plan. What Went Wrong? The Longevity Science That Answers the Question.
This conversation should not stay within clinic walls. The science of why the body ages faster than it should, and what can genuinely be done about it, belongs to everyone.
